G12 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the g12 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the g12 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the g12 platform.
The g12 platform is an online entertainment and betting service offered to eligible users. Use of this platform is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required under your local laws, whichever is higher, before using any services on this platform.
G12 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Eligibility
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the g12 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts with no refund of any balance. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact g12 customer support immediately.
Platform Usage Policy
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the g12 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access it
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including market manipulation or bonus abuse
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Impersonating another person or providing false identification information
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the g12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to, FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other approved local payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and were obtained legally. g12 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for certain amounts or in cases that appear suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to successful identity verification. g12 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or third-party banking institutions. All bonus and promotion amounts are subject to wagering requirements as separately stated at the time the promotion is offered.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, including unauthorised chargebacks or card fraud, will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action. g12 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance while an investigation is ongoing.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Account Suspension
G12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User is found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account
- User found to have provided false information during registration
- User is found to be abusing the bonus or promotions system
- Account has been inactive for the period specified under the platform's policy
- At the user's own request for voluntary account closure
Post-Closure Process
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, g12 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. However, if the closure is for another valid reason or at the user's own request, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any unresolved fraud claims.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact g12 customer support to initiate the process. Users are advised to ensure all active bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn before requesting account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Matters
Platform Liability Limits
The g12 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. g12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. g12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
G12's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g12 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of g12 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from g12.
Third-Party Links
The g12 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. g12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. g12 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
